Merl Hefferman, the former president of the Fresno Hells Angels chapter was sentenced Thursday in federal court for using the crematorium at a Fresno funeral home to dispose of the body of another Hells Angel member and concealing the murder back in 2014. Joel Silva, who was from Sonoma County, was killed after he threatened an east coast chapter members. Hefferman was sentenced to 87 months in prison.
