A large group of PG&E customers in Sebastopol lost power Christmas Eve when a tree fell onto power lines on Healdsburg Ave about 7:30 in the evening, and power did not return until Monday morning. Fortunately for the 3,500 who were plunged into the dark, Santa did not need electricity to make his rounds.
