The Petaluma City council has decided to hold off, at least temporarily, on proceeding with annexing the old Adobe Lumber yard into the city. The 12.9 acre site sits on the Northeast side of town off Old Redwood highway and is currently an artist collective. The council is concerned about potential flooding from Willow Brook Creek. The issue will be revisited at a future date.
