A street in Sebastopol has a new name in honor of an addiction counselor who was killed in a crash.
The street now bears the name of Jessica Fonseca who was killed by an impaired driver in June of 2024. Jessica Fonseca Way is near the Azure Acres Recovery Center where she worked. Last month, the driver who hit her was sentenced to more than four years in prison.
