Vandalism Spree Rocks Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square

A destructive weekend spree in Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square has left building windows shattered and tires slashed on at least 50 vehicles.

Per the Press Democrat, police arrested a suspect Monday after catching him mid-act inside a residential garage on East Jasmine Circle.

The man was linked to the crime by a distinctive red shopping bag seen on surveillance and was found carrying several knives and drug paraphernalia. He now faces multiple felony charges, including burglary and vandalism.

Authorities expect the victim count to rise and are urging anyone with damage or footage to call 707-528-5222 and reference case 26-4334.
