Sonoma County residents have a prime opportunity to size up their future leaders this week as the League of Women Voters hosts two virtual candidate forums.
With no incumbents running for reelection in the 2nd and 4th Districts, these open races are expected to reshape the Board of Supervisors. The 2nd District candidates will square off this Wednesday, followed by the 4th District hopefuls on Thursday, with both sessions streaming online from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Election officials are urging voters to tune in ahead of the June 2nd primary, especially since mail-in ballots will start hitting local mailboxes as early as May 4th.
