A Sonoma County man is behind bars after an hours-long barricade situation that began with gunfire Tuesday afternoon.
Per the Press Democrat, authorities arrested 30-year-old Martin Julius Moseson on Kuck Lane after he allegedly fired several rounds at a neighbor and local dwellings. The Sheriff’s Office deployed drones, K-9 units, and a SWAT team after learning multiple firearms were registered to the suspect.
Neighbors were ordered to shelter in place until Moseson finally surrendered at 10:00 p.m. following the use of a flash-bang device. Moseson now faces charges of making criminal threats and discharging a firearm, with bail set at $30,000.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the tense neighborhood standoff.
