The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors took action last night to protect mobile home renters in the county by placing a moratorium on rent increases until Feb. 29th, 2024. This will give the county time to update their decades old rental ordinance rules and is a victory for those that call mobile home parks home.
Cities within Sonoma County are moving towards rent increases tied to a percentage of the Consumer Price Index.
