The court court case stemming from an altercation at Montgomery High School back on March 1st that led to the stabbing death of a student is underway in Sonoma County Juvenile Court. Daniel Pulido is charged with voluntary manslaughter and having a weapon on campus. Pulido was attacked by Jayden Pienta and another boy, neither were students in the class Pulido was in, and in the aftermath of the altercation, Pulido stabbed Pienta. The teacher in the class and a classroom aid took the stand yesterday.
