Caltrans is finally moving forward with clearing a homeless encampment along the Joe Rodota trail between Dutton Ave and the Highway 12 overpass. Originally scheduled for October, the cleanup will now start on November 28th, notices will be posted in advance warning those living on the trail and for those who use the trail of the detours that will be in place. The path will reopen on December 6th.
