A San Francisco Superior Court has ruled that Santa Rosa’s Seismic Brewing does not have to pay over $1 million dollars for terminating it’s distribution agreement with Reyes Holdings, the largest beer distributor in the US. Seismic, owned by Christopher Jackson, had previously entered into an agreement with DBI Beverage to increase distribution, then Reyes bought DBI and would not honor the agreement. Seismic does have to pay $66,000 in back invoices, but is now free to seek another distribution agreement.
