Santa Rosa police were dispatched early Saturday morning to Tanglewood Court with reports of a woman on the sidewalk suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital with significant life-threatening injuries, but is expected to survive. The suspect was identified as 21-year old Ruby O’Brien from Rohnert Park. She was later located driving on Enterprise drive in Rohnert Park and was arrested.
