A pedestrian remains in critical condition this morning following an accident last night on Dutton Ave in Santa Rosa. Around 11pm, a silver BMW struck the person, it is unclear if the person was in a cross walk or not, and the initial investigation indicated the car had the right of way. The driver cooperated with police, drugs, alcohol and speed are not a factor.
