We are learning that the superintendent of Santa Rosa City Schools instructed administrators at Elsie Allen High School last week to not allow police on campus to arrest four students suspected in the stabbing of a man at Bellevue Ranch Park. Anna Trunnell says the incident occurred off-campus and students should not be arrested at the school. Police did arrest all four the next day as they left their homes for school.
All are suspected to have gang ties and one had a 3-D printer believed to be used for manufacturing guns.
