From the I don’t understand this file, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins has announced that the 26 protesters arrested in connection with shutting down the Golden Gate Bridge on Monday, will be released from jail and currently not face any charges. She says they need more evidence before those involved can be held accountable. However, they are asking that anyone who was trapped on the bridge to please reach out to the California highway patrol with they encountered while stuck on the bridge.
