Sonoma County Regional Parks announced the acquisition of the 100-Acre Ranch, pushing the Hood Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve to over 3,700 acres. The land serves as a bridge between the Saddle Mountain Preserve and Hood Mountain, joining the two massive open spaces. The property was acquired for just over $500,000.
