Sebastopol Man Sentenced To Four Years & Four Months For DUI Crash That Killed Counselor

A man from Sebastopol is heading to prison for a DUI crash that killed an alcohol and addiction counselor.

On Wednesday, 55-year-old Charles Rubin was sentenced to four years and four months behind bars. The crash near Rohnert Park last June claimed the life of 34-year-old Jessica Fonesca. Rubin ran a stop sign and hit her car.

He previously pleaded no contest to charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
