There is still no verdict in the case of a man accused of killing his stepbrother in Camp Meeker.
The second trial ended in a mistrial on Tuesday, this follows the first trial of suspect Jude Ian Kellner which also ended with the jury deadlocked. This time, jury deliberations lasted nearly three days. Kellner is accused of shooting James Bauer to death in 2021.
Kellner’s attorney, Joseph Stogner, says some of the jurors found ambiguity in the evidence, ruling it wasn’t strong enough to support a guilty verdict.
