The Petrified Forest between Sonoma and Napa counties is back on the market.
The owners are trying to sell the 502-acre property for almost 10 million dollars. The property was initially listed at 12 million dollars in July of 2023. By January of 2024, the price was down to nine-million-995-thousand dollars.
The previous listing agreement expired at the end of last year.
