The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors is authorizing the purchase of two buildings near the county airport.
The purchases were approved on Tuesday. The buildings, on Brickway Boulevard, are about six miles north of the county’s main campus in Santa Rosa. The initial purchase price is 32 million dollars. Closing costs, inspections and projected renovations are expected to tack on another 15 million dollars.
Sonoma County is planning to use the buildings for office space.
