Napa County Shows Drop In Homelessness For Second Straight Year

Homelessness in Napa County is down for a second straight year.

A point-in-time count conducted on January 29th showed 374 homeless people. That is down from 414 last year. It also marks a 26 percent decrease from 2023. Officials say an increase in shelter beds and permanent supportive housing units are contributing to the decline in homelessness.
