Facing financial challenges, Homeless Action Sonoma (HAS) is partnering with Catholic Charities of Northwest California (CCNWC).
According to the Press Democrat, beginning this week, CCNWC will oversee daily operations, including case management and support services, at HAS. HAS will retain ownership of its property and remain an independent nonprofit.
This collaboration merges HAS’s community ties with CCNWC’s extensive experience and resources, aiming for a more sustainable and efficient response to homelessness.
