The City of Sonoma’s General Plan Update Task Force is holding its latest meeting next week, focusing on transportation.
The Press Democrat reports this meeting is part of an ongoing effort to shape the city’s growth and development for the next two decades. The “Draft Circulation Element” of the plan will be discussed, covering topics like traffic volume, speed limits, bicycle and bus routes, pedestrian safety, and regional transportation networks.
This discussion follows previous meetings on the city’s economy and noise levels, all part of the comprehensive General Plan update.
