Various groups opposed to the Trump administration are holding regular, peaceful demonstrations across the region.
The Press Democrat reports several rallies are planned for Labor Day as part of the nationwide “Workers Over Billionaires” campaign. Local events are scheduled for Sebastopol, Ukiah, Santa Rosa, Jenner, Middletown, and Point Arena.
Additionally, ongoing weekly protests are taking place in various locations, including Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Cotati, Petaluma, Guerneville, Napa, Sonoma, Gualala, Point Arena, Fort Bragg, and more.
A hunger strike is also planned for August 5th in Santa Rosa to advocate for a sanctuary law.
