35th Annual Hansel Group Golf Challenge Raises $100,000 For Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin

Over 120 golfers hit the links last week, raising a substantial amount for local youth. The 35th Annual Hansel Auto Group Golf Challenge at Rooster Run Golf Club in Petaluma brought in $100,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin.

The Press Democrat reports the sold-out event drew together community members and local businesses for a day of friendly competition, with the proceeds directly supporting programs for thousands of kids and teens. Over its 35-year history, the annual challenge has now raised more than $1.5 million to help local youth. Organizers say the funds are more critical than ever, helping to provide kids with mentorship, academic support, and access to a safe space.

Northern Pacific Power Systems took first place in the tournament, followed by Basin Street in second, and Panizzera Meat Co. in third.
