The man suspected of a DUI crash that left six people dead in Napa County is facing decades in prison.
The unidentified 53-year-old Stockton resident was officially charged Tuesday with six counts of murder. The charges come two days after the man is accused of driving drunk and crashing into a tree near Calistoga, killing six people in the crash.
The driver and a surviving passenger remain hospitalized. It is believed that the driver has three previous DUI convictions.
