CHP Releases More Information Relating To Deadly Marin County Crash

There’s been more information released about a deadly crash in Marin County that killed four teenagers.

CHP officials have released their final investigation into the crash that happened back in April. The report found that the teenage driver was speeding, going at least 20 miles per hour over the speed limit, when she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. Four of the six teens in the vehicle were killed in the incident.

The CHP report recommends that the District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the driver for gross vehicular manslaughter but no decision on that has been made as of yet.
