A former co-defendant in activist Zoe Rosenberg’s felony conspiracy trial testified this week that she, not Rosenberg, carried out key Petaluma Poultry break-ins.
Raven Deerbrook told jurors she began investigating the plant in April 2023 and entered the property twice at night before involving Rosenberg. Prosecutors allege Rosenberg and Deerbrook entered the facility multiple times, accessed computers and records, and placed GPS trackers on delivery trucks.
Deerbrook, who pleaded no contest to two misdemeanors in June, testified she installed the trackers, cut through a fence, and transported the chickens.
