A Santa Rosa dining hall serving those in need has reopened after closing last year.
The Jesus Cares 2020 Ministries Community Kitchen on Wilson Street resumed service on October 1st. The Press Democrat reports the kitchen had halted operations in March 2024 when the building’s owner, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, decided to sell the Railroad Square location.
Under a new agreement, the Community Kitchen will lease the property through December 2026.
