Windsor is about to get its first Dollar Tree, which will also fill a long-standing vacancy in the Lakewood Shopping Center.
The Press Democrat reports the new store is under construction on the north side of the Raley’s grocery store. At around 13,000 square feet, it will be one of the larger Dollar Tree locations in the region.
The new lease fills the last available retail space in the shopping center, which has struggled with vacant storefronts for years.
