Petaluma’s seven-member City Council will meet Monday.
Key items include adopting an ordinance updating the Downtown Housing and Economic Opportunity Overlay and introducing a new ordinance on civilian public safety oversight. The council will also review 48 million dollars in claims and bills and consider purchases including five electric transit buses and an ambulance prep chassis.
Other items include amending the mobile home rent stabilization program and filing for federal transit funding to improve mobility for seniors and people with disabilities.
