A Geyserville man has been sentenced to two years of supervised probation and seven months in jail after pleading no contest to charges involving a 12-year-old child.
The Press Democrat reports, according to the Mendocino County District Attorney’s Office, 43-year-old Uriel Cornejo Palacios admitted in June to providing a child with sexual material and attempting to arrange a meeting for lewd purposes.
In addition to his jail time and probation, Palacios must register as a sex offender upon his release. The maximum three-year prison sentence was suspended by the judge.
