The Annual Report from the Santa Rosa Police Department shows an impressive 80% reduction in homicides last year, alongside the seizure of 390 firearms.
The department has also significantly expanded mental health resources, with the inRESPONSE crisis team now providing 24/7 coverage.
In addition, the report unveils the new 2025–2029 Strategic Plan, a roadmap developed with the community to guide the department’s focus over the next five years on core goals like community safety, technology, and officer wellness.
