A man is in custody this morning following a deadly stabbing at a mobile home park just outside Santa Rosa.
Authorities have arrested 45-year-old William Bryan Rufner in connection with the murder of 40-year-old Melody Borg.
Deputies responded to the five-thousand block of Taylor Avenue Wednesday night, where they found Borg deceased. Witnesses reportedly saw Rufner leaving the scene covered in blood. Following an intensive search, investigators located him hours later hiding inside a water tanker truck.
Rufner has been charged with murder and is currently being held without bail as the investigation continues.
