16-year old Daniel Pulido learned his sentence yesterday for having a knife on campus following the fatal stabbing of Jayden Pienta during a fight at Montgomery High School. He will be on probation until age 21 and is out of custody. The sentence was handed down by judge Ken Gnoss, Pulido has already spent 289 days in custody.
