The Fire Victim Trust, a fund created following PG&E caused wildfires to compensate victims, sold its remaining shares of PG&E stock yesterday. The Trust sold 67.7 million shares for about $1.2 billion dollars. That brings the fund’s total value to around $14 billion, larger than expected, but short of the $18 billion that was awarded to victims. There is no timeline yet on when payments will go out to victims.
