A woman from Tennessee claims that she was sexually assaulted during a massage at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn in September of 2022. The woman and her husband had won a trip to the five-star resort, and it was during a 60-minute massage by Vincent Ahern she claims the assault took place. The couple did report the incident to hotel management and she filed a report with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office two days later, but now has filed suit in Alameda County Superior Court.
The 48-year old woman is only identified as Jane Doe in the suit.
