A woman from Sonoma County is suing Costco for 14-million dollars.
Sadie Novotny says she suffered a head injury at the Santa Rosa Costco this past March. She claims she has a traumatic brain injury after a large display fell on her while she was shopping, pinning her underneath. The lawsuit accuses Costco of negligence, as well as premises and product liability.
