Construction on Phase One of the Llano Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation has begun.
This significant undertaking will upgrade nearly a mile and a half of the 66-inch main sewer line along Llano Road, stretching from north of Todd Road all the way to the Laguna Treatment Plant. To minimize disruption for residents and traffic, the city is utilizing a trenchless technology called cured-in-place pipe, or CIPP.
This crucial upgrade is expected to take about four months to complete and is a key investment in ensuring the long-term reliability of Santa Rosa’s water reuse system.
