Western Sonoma County residents could see smoke from a prescribed burn today on the Ocean Song/Meyers Preserve. The 28-acre burn is scheduled to take place from 10am to 6pm and will be monitored at all times.
The burn is designed to remove coyote bush which is pushing out other native plants.
