It was wild scene on Mendocino Ave in Santa Rosa late in the day on November 20th, when a man was throwing bricks and rocks at cars while armed with a long shovel. Police originally responded to a call for shots being fired at cars, but it turned out to be rocks. 46-year old transient Indugo Williams was in the middle of the street swinging the shovel at police cars, yelling “shoot me”. He ran into a nearby backyard, and with the help of Henry 1 was quickly located. After lengthy communications with police and his refusal to cooperate, a police dog was deployed and he was subdued and then arrested.
