The legal team representing local company Hello Alice has filed a motion to dismiss an unlawful discrimination case against them filed by a man in Ohio. Hello Alice was assisting with facilitating small business grants for black owned businesses from various companies… when Nathan Roberts, a white business owner filed suit.
The new motion also requests the suit be transferred to the Northern District of California if it were to move forward.
