A peaceful spot at Santa Rosa’s Nagasawa Park in Fountiangrove has been selected as the location for a memorial to those lost in the 2017 Tubbs fire. A brief ceremony took place there on Friday. A task force will now start accepting proposals from local artists for their vision of what a memorial might look like. Once an artists is selected, the task force and the community will have input on a final design.
