Jamie Lee Curtis is producing a movie starring Matthew McConaughey and America Ferrera that will tell the story of the 2018 Camp Fire. The film is based on the book Paradise: One Town’s Struggle to Survive an American Wildfire by Lizzie Johnson. The film is shooting in New Mexico. McConaughey will star as a bus driver and Ferrera as a teacher who together loaded 100 students into cars and busses to escape the fast moving fire.
