Sonoma State University President Mike Lee has been placed on administrative leave following a controversial email he sent to students and faculty outlining his concessions to the demands of pro-Palestinian protesters. California State University Chancellor Mildred Garcia posted a message on the CSU website saying the email was sent by Lee without appropriate approval and amounts to insubordination.
