The Santa Rosa couple charged with murder in the death of their 15-month old daughter from fentanyl exposure have agreed to a plea deal just days before the trial was supposed to start.
According to the Press Democrat, Evan Frostick and Madison Bernard now face 11 years in prison for pleading to a lesser involuntary manslaughter charger. It is believed their daughter ingested fentanyl that the couple had in their apartment.
