We are learning this morning that Joe Foppoli, brother of former Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli, is planning to file a wrongful termination lawsuit against the winery the two co-owned following his firing after raising concerns about company mismanagement. According to the Press Democrat, an attorney for Joe said the lawsuit will be filed shortly, but all parties involved have been notified. Dominic continues to live out of the country following accusations of sexual misconduct against him by about a dozen women.
