The waters of the North Bay proved to be deadly over the past weekend. Two men drowned while swimming in the Russian River. The first, 28-year old Nasoni Tuitoga from Santa Rosa, went missing on Wednesday near Patterson Point Reserve, his body was discovered Friday afternoon. A second man in his 50s was found Friday night in a similar area. Two more people nearly drowned at Lake Berryessa… both were taken to Kaiser hospital in Vacaville and will make a recovery.
