Cal Fire is reporting the arrest of a man in connection with starting the Flora Fire on Chalk Hill Road on Wednesday. 44-year old Justin Roy Jones of Anderson apparently drove his truck more than four miles without a right front tire, throwing off sparks that ignited the fire. Forward progress has been stopped and containment is at 75%, the number of acres burned is being revised downward and sits between 36 and 50 acres.
