Residents in Rohnert Park will soon see an increase on their sewer bills after the city council approved an increase that will go into effect in October. The 7% increase will add about $3 per month to the average bill. The bump is necessary to cover the cost in treating wastewater at the Laguna Plant off of Llano Road…. that facility is owned by Santa Rosa, who Rohnert Park contracts with.
